Review policy
All abstracts (proposals) are evaluated
through a blind review process. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by e-mail.
Multiple-submission policy
An author may submit a maximum of two paper
proposals in which he or she is sole or first author. Any paper in excess of two will be channelled
to the interactive poster presentation mode.
Extended Abstracts
Accepted presenters are invited to submit
an extended abstract or short paper of 1500 to 2500 words (including tables,
figures and references) to be published in the proceedings. The submission
deadline is 30 June 2014. Papers should contain the expanded version of the
material that is indicated in the 300-word abstract that was sent as the paper
proposal. Authors may be asked to revise
the papers before they are accepted for publication. Please refer to the guidelines for the
preparation of extended abstracts/short papers.
